Are you a proactive Quality Manager from a Food or Beverage Manufacturing background and looking for a high-impact role where you can directly contribute to site transformation and improvement? This multi-site Food Manufacturer has received significant financial backing and acquired numerous businesses in recent years to establish themselves as a major player in the Dairy and Confectionery markets. They employ over 500 people across the UK and have big plans in place to continue their upwards trajectory.

In this role you will hold full ownership of Quality and Compliance for their Dairy site, looking after Food Safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP while ensuring full audit readiness, overseeing customer complaints and investigating non-conformances. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a Quality Management or similar leadership position in the Food or Beverage Manufacturing sector, and will have a positive, influential management approach necessary for engaging multi-disciplinary staff. Responsibilities:
  • Owning and advancing Food Safety, Quality, GMP & HACCP performance, keeping operations consistently inspection-ready
  • Leading audits, critical incident response, change control and continuous improvements
  • Carrying out structured investigations into Food Safety and Quality failures, using Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence
  • Strengthening hygiene, cleaning, process control, traceability and training through hands-on management and coaching
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Quality Management/Leadership role in the Food or Beverage Manufacturing sector - Dairy experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Relevant Food Safety, Food Hygiene and/or HACCP qualifications, preferably to Level 3
  • Demonstrable experience managing or coaching others and working cross-functionally such as with Production staff
  • Full UK driving license
