Hays Senior Finance is working with a large, multi-entity business that has grown significantly over the last five years through a number of acquisitions. The company operates a central finance function that services multiple entities across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Pull together trial balances and statutory accounts for 20 entities
  • Prepare balance-sheet reconciliations and any necessary adjustments
  • Work directly with the Financial Controller and a small finance team

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant with a strong technical background
  • Experience in auditing large, complex businesses – preferably from a Top10 practice or comparable industry role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and reconcile complex financial data sets across multiple entities

Working Conditions

  • Based in Warrington with hybrid working arrangements
  • No sponsorship is available for this role; relocation is not being considered
