Kinetic are recruiting 2 Chemical Process Operatives with FLT Counterbalance licences on behalf of a highly reputable chemical manufacturer based in Wythenshawe. This role is within a chemical manufacturing environment. Candidates must have relevant manufacturing/chemical experience, not solely FLT drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate within a chemical manufacturing environment, adhering to strict safety procedures
  • Safely move raw materials and finished goods using an FLT Counterbalance
  • Load and unload vehicles
  • Support production both on and off the truck
  • Carry out general housekeeping and maintain high safety standards
  • Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties

Requirements

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Previous manufacturing experience – essential
  • Experience in a chemical or process environment – highly desirable
  • Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Pay: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.05 after 12 weeks.
