Temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor - Cheltenham.

Your new company is a respected and growing organisation based in Cheltenham, recognised for its collaborative working culture and strong commitment to operational excellence. Due to increased workload and ongoing projects, they are looking to bring in an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day workflow of the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment runs. You will manage staff workloads, support team development, resolve escalated queries, maintain internal controls, and assist with month-end and audit preparations. You will also play a key role in identifying process improvements and supporting finance leadership.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a supervisory or senior AP role
