Evolve are partnering with a market-leading Ophthalmic organisation to recruit an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing Optometry portfolio, driving sales growth and building long-term partnerships across East London & South East territory. You will be working within a specialist, fast-growing therapy area, promoting a well-established range of products with a strong reputation among healthcare professionals including Optometrists.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in Optometry or Optics sales.
  • A strong and proven track record of achieving sales success within Optometry sales.
  • Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products with an account management approach.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in impactful and persuasive customer interactions that build strong relationships and drive account objectives forward.
  • Maintain a high standard of knowledge on products and the competition.
  • Have a full understanding of the internal customers who could add value to the achievement of account objectives.
  • Develop a business plan for the area to manage all aspects of the business.
