We are looking for a friendly, positive and active Support Worker to assist a young man in his own home and community. The young man has left field vision deficit (he is partially sighted) and has hemiplegia, but lives an active and engaging lifestyle. He enjoys sports, bowling, boxing, walking and horse riding. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, cheerful and happy to support.
