My client in Essex is seeking a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor to join their service on an interim contract. This will be a long term assignment, offering a very competitive rate inside of IR35.

They are looking for you to complete daily site visits and plan checking from home with little office presence required.

The rate for this role will depend on your Class, but they are paying within the range of £50-65 per hour. This equates to a take-home range of £4,882 to £6,088 in your back pocket per month.
