The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring production machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive maintenance across production machinery
  • Working on motors, drives, and 3-phase systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Helping maintain plant performance and production capacity

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Experience working with 3-phase systems and motors
  • Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)
  • Team player with a proactive approach to maintenance
