We are hiring an HVAC / Mechanical Engineer for a position in Central London, offering a salary of £45,000 plus benefits. This role is Monday to Friday.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Engineer to join a global leading service provider on a prestigious commercial site based in the heart of Bank. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional, high-end environment offering stability, progression, and exposure to a flagship contract.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and HVAC systems. Duties will include:
- Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and HVAC plant
- Reactive fault finding and repairs
- PPMs in line with SFG20 standards
- Supporting site compliance and statutory maintenance
- Liaising with clients and on-site teams professionally
- Updating works via CAFM systems
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical/HVAC maintenance experience within building services
- Experience working in commercial environments
- Good fault-finding ability across HVAC/mechanical systems
- Client-facing and professional attitude
