We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Children's Entertainment Coordinator to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for VIP children through well-organised activities and attentive supervision.

The Role

As a Children's Entertainment Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and delivering fun, safe, and memorable experiences for children of varying age groups. Your ability to supervise activities, maintain a safe environment, and engage positively with children will contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise children in designated play areas, including the marquee and inflatables, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Plan and organise creative activities and events, such as treasure hunts and performing arts, tailored to different age groups.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Conduct daily safety checks of the inflatables area and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Source and purchase items for the marquee and assist in planning its setup each season.
  • Provide first aid and take appropriate action in the event of accidents or emergencies.
  • Care for and ensure the well-being of any animals belonging to the client, reporting any concerns to the Office Manager.
  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
