The company is committed to delivering and collecting materials safely and on time, minimising environmental impact through innovative targets and practices. The Role

Daily runs directly from the customer's depot (WF10). Deliveries will be across Hull, Rotherham & Tamworth on varying days. Maximum number of drops per day is 3. There is some manual work involved due to the nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and conducting basic checks of your vehicle
  • Logging delivery information correctly
  • Having a strong awareness of the UK highway code
  • Keeping vigilant of correct delivery times
  • Planning driver breaks for safety purposes during long-distance hauls
  • Staying aware of any route diversions or updates to their delivery journey

Applicants will be required to carry out a basic driving assessment alongside their interview.

Who we are looking for

  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise logically
  • No more than 3 points on driving licence
  • 2 years tanker driving experience is desired but not essential; the company welcomes drivers of all experiences
  • Valid HGV CE licence
