Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plasterer multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team.
Duties:
- Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance including patch plastering, skimming, rendering repairs, and making good works
- Preparing surfaces and ensuring a high-quality finish on all plastering works
- Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
- Carrying out secondary trades when required
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering or painting or tiling
- Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driver’s license
- Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard
