This is an exciting chance to lead the opening of a new branch, overseeing the full registration process with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Responsible for building and developing a high‑performing local team, while driving sustainable service growth with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety standards. The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who enjoys developing teams, building strong client relationships and driving performance in a quality led environment.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the branch.
- Leading and developing office and care teams.
- Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining high standards.

Requirements
