Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of cleanliness within multi-storey blocks to the published service standards.
- Play a key role in ensuring the security of the building and surrounding areas.
- Reporting any evidence of antisocial behaviour in the block and surrounding area.
- Initiating action to deal with issues as they arise.
