Care Assistant (PART TIME) - Blackpool FY1 £13.79/hr Permanent
DAYS - 17hrs a week
NIGHTS - 22hrs a week
This is an award winning Nursing Home, one of the top rated in the North West. You will be working in a fantastic residential Care Home on the North Shore for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first. Whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.
We have the following jobs available (no flexibility in hours):
- CARE ASSISTANT NIGHTS 22hrs (2 x shifts a week, 8pm to 8am, alternative weekends, breaks unpaid).
- CARE ASSISTANT - DAYS - 17hrs - Week 1 - Wednesdays 8am-2pm & Saturday 8am-8pm, Week 2 - Monday 8am-8pm & Wed 2pm-8pm (Fixed 2 week rolling Rota).
Key Responsibilities
- To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents.
- Following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
Person Specification
- Have at least 2 years elderly Care Home Experience. (Essential)
- Willingness to develop new skills.
