Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the technical development from design through to construction.
- Managing and coordinating projects to ensure smooth delivery across all stages.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Producing and reviewing detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Working within a team of Senior Architectural Technologists and Architects.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members within the studio.
- Ensuring compliance with current building regulations and construction standards.
Key Requirements:
- Significant post‑qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proven experience running projects independently and leading technical delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and experience with NBS Chorus or similar specification tools.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and UK regulations.
- Experience delivering projects under traditional and design and build procurement routes.
- Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages from concept through to contract administration.
- Strong communication, organisational, and client‑facing skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior staff would be advantageous.
