We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established community complex care service in Cardiff. This role focuses on high-acuity care packages for adults and children in their own homes and requires proven experience within community complex care. In this role, you will take ownership of a regulated branch delivering nurse-led care packages, supported by strong clinical governance, an established referral pipeline and senior operational leadership.

About the Organisation
You will be joining a large, well-established provider specialising in community complex care and nurse-led packages. The organisation supports adults and children with high-acuity needs in their own homes and has a strong reputation for clinical governance, compliance and quality of care. This Registered Manager will inherit an established service with existing packages, structured operational support and clear growth plans across complex care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the branch
- Oversee the delivery of complex care packages within the community
- Lead the recruitment, development and retention of nurses and healthcare staff
- Maintain high standards across compliance, audits and clinical governance
- Manage operational performance, staffing, care delivery and service stability
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, case managers and clinical teams
- Support the safe mobilisation of new care packages and sustainable service growth
Essential Requirements
- MUST have experience within community complex care (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing nurse-led or high-acuity care packages
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Branch Manager or senior operational leader
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations within domiciliary or complex care services
- Experience managing compliance, staffing and operational performance
Candidates without community complex care experience will not be considered.
