- Ensure the quality, performance, maintainability, and security of delivered Dynamics solutions
- Manage integration between Dynamics and wider organisation systems
- Oversee the engineering, configuration, customisation, and evolution of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Advise on best practice, process optimisation, solution design, and low-code capability
