Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining quality standards and ensuring exceptional care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day service leadership
  • Supervise and mentor support staff
  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care
  • Assist with staff rotas, training and performance management
  • Support Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance

About You

  • Experience working in children’s residential care
  • Previous senior or team leader experience desirable

  • Level 3 or Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare
