This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small, specialist residential and dementia care home. As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, providing strong leadership while ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance are consistently delivered. You will oversee all aspects of the service, including financial management, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
