Location: Canterbury
Contract Type: Temporary contract until the 12th June, with the potential of extension
Salary: £13.39 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-3:45pm

Key Responsibilities
- Looking after the external areas (emptying bins, sweeping the car park, full litter pick).
- Assisting with receiving and processing deliveries.
- Assist with minor maintenance jobs (replace door handles, paint walls, floors, doors, etc).
- Contractor Control - meet contractors, carry out site inductions, monitor performance, gain updates on what was completed and report to management.
- Assist students/staff with access.
- Assist with PPMs and compliance checks (fire alarm tests, fire drills, roof checks, etc).
- H & S walkarounds, report obstruction and safety concerns.
- Disposal of various materials/waste from studios.
- Assist with setting up rooms for lectures and events.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in Caretaking, Facilities, Maintenance or similar roles.
- Ideally have previous knowledge of H&S.
- Must have safety boots.
