Are you a Firmware Engineer looking to progress your career? Would you like to train in FPGA whilst working for a global leading company? This leading business are experts in the design and manufacture of precision systems for a range of highly specialist industries. Due to their continued growth and heavy workload, they are now looking for a Firmware Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will play a key technical role in the development of new products for a range of exciting projects. You will be involved across the full development lifecycle, from requirements capture and design through to verification, integration, and delivery, taking ownership of technical solutions while ensuring work is completed to budget and schedule. You will be provided with extensive training to become an expert in FPGA.

This role would therefore suit an individual from a firmware development background who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to train in FPGA and work for a global leading company.

The Role:

  • Develop new products for exciting projects.
  • Lead firmware design activities from concept to delivery.
  • Own technical solutions, budgets, and schedules.
  • Extensive training on FPGA provided.

The Person:

  • Experience developing Firmware.
  • Programming experience in C/C++.
  • FPGA/VHDL experience beneficial.
  • Commutable to Canterbury area.
