The role will focus heavily on planned maintenance schemes, primarily kitchens and bathrooms, managing projects valued up to £2m within a live social housing environment. This position offers a strong balance between office and site exposure, with the majority of time spent within a supportive commercial team environment.
What we are looking for:

- Strong understanding of planned works programmes, ideally kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience working under JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Able to manage multiple projects in a busy contract environment
- Commercially aware, organised and confident working with operational teams
