Responsibilities:
- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children.
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children.
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met.
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development.
- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands-on approach to your own professional learning and development.
- To be fun, caring and friendly.
- To promote a high-quality learning environment.
Requirements:
- Passion and commitment to working in childcare.
- Ability to work shifts between 7:30-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Commitment to continual development.
- Have sound knowledge of EYFS, NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 2 or 3, EY Educator.
