About the Role
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join Cambridgeshire County Council's Learning Disability Partnership on a high-cost review project. The role involves assessments, care and support planning in line with the Care Act 2014, reviewing provider documentation, and working alongside brokerage and contracts.
Requirements
- SWE registered
- Experience in assessments, care and support planning, and high-cost reviews
- Evidence-based practice experience and good organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to travel countywide and hold a full UK driving licence
Office & Travel
Visits around Cambridgeshire are required. No set office days currently, but expected to transition to 1 day per week in the main office.
