We have a forthcoming requirement for an experienced Site Manager to support weekend operations on a live factory project based in Cambridge. This is a key role overseeing site activity during weekend works, ensuring safety, coordination, and smooth handover with the weekday delivery team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise works within a live factory environment
  • Manage and coordinate scaffolding and steel fabrication teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures
  • Maintain clear communication with the main contractor and site team
  • Oversee site operations to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • SMSTS (essential)
  • CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Proven experience managing works in live/operational environments
  • Strong understanding of HSE compliance and site coordination
  • Experience supervising scaffolding and/or steelwork packages
