Prospero Teaching are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to work in local Primary Schools in and around the Cambridge area to start September 2026.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location: Cambridge
  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Contract/position start date: September 2026
  • Duration / Likely Duration: Ongoing
  • Contract type: Long-Term Temporary
  • Full time/part time: Part time to Full time
  • Minimum rate of pay: Minimum rate around 95-110 per day
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 3 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with SEN/SEMH is ESSENTIAL
  • Previous TA/LSA experience
  • GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
