We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor specialising in Groundworks and Civil engineering projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for groundworks and civil engineering projects.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction lifecycle, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures.
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with financial plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met within financial constraints.
