We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor specialising in Groundworks and Civil engineering projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for groundworks and civil engineering projects.

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with financial plans.

  • Proficiency in relevant software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or equivalent programmes.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members professionally.
