Our client is a facilities management and maintenance organisation, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation. We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Providing the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
  • Maintaining a portfolio of multiple buildings in the region.
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting.
  • Liaising directly with key clients.
  • Managing other engineers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Experienced managing/working across multiple sites at once.
  • Engineering background - ideally Electrical.
  • Experienced carrying out multi skilled building maintenance works.
  • Health & Safety Compliance.
  • UK Drivers licence.
