Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation. We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Providing the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
- Maintaining a portfolio of multiple buildings in the region.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Liaising directly with key clients.
- Managing other engineers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Experienced managing/working across multiple sites at once.
- Engineering background - ideally Electrical.
- Experienced carrying out multi skilled building maintenance works.
- Health & Safety Compliance.
- UK Drivers licence.
