Are you a motivated graduate looking to build a long‑term career in commercial property within a forward‑thinking, well‑established professional practice? We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Agency Surveyor to join a respected and growing commercial property team based in Cambridge, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial offices, industrial and retail property. You'll gain hands‑on experience from day one, working with a broad mix of clients including investors, developers, landlords and occupiers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support experienced surveyors on acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
  • Gradually take responsibility for own instructions.
  • Engage in the full agency lifecycle, including market appraisal, inspections, negotiations and client relationship management.

Training & Career Progression

  • APC support, including mentoring and guidance from experienced Chartered Surveyors.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing graduates through to qualification.
  • Clear, transparent career progression pathways based on performance, capability and commitment.
