Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Electrician to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation. We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Maintenance Electrician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Responsibilities:- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Inspection & Testing.
- Prioritising workload across multiple sites.
- Liaising directly with the clients on site.
- Electrical qualifications - Level 3, 18th edition etc.
- Experienced working within the FM industry.
- Ability to work across multiple sites.
- On site Health & Safety knowledge.
