We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business/Economics Lecturer to join the team and play a key role in inspiring learners to excel in their studies and progress onto higher education or rewarding careers within the business sector. The successful Business/Economics Lecturer will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Business and/or Economics, creating a positive and motivating classroom environment where students feel encouraged to challenge themselves and succeed. You will work closely with learners to help them achieve excellent outcomes, while confidently delivering innovative schemes of learning that bring your subject to life and develop students' confidence, ambition, and real-world understanding.
Qualifications
- A first class or 2:1 degree in Business/Economics
- A Masters/PhD in Business/Economics
- QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
- Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
