In this role, you will deliver Motor Vehicle courses to apprentices and learners studying Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications, across both classroom and workshop environments. You will play a key role in developing students' practical skills, technical knowledge, and the professional behaviours they need to succeed in the automotive industry.

The Role:
  • Full Teacher Training and funded qualifications provided
  • Deliver Motor Vehicle training in classroom and workshop settings
  • Teach and support learners studying Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications
  • Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices
  • 53 days holiday, 28% pension, and a 4,000 - 6,000 joining bonus
The Person:
  • Background in Motor Vehicle / Light Vehicle technology
  • Hold a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
  • Commutable to Cambridge
  • Interested in moving into a training or education role
  • No prior teaching experience required
