Academy of Nutrition & Medicine (AONM) is seeking a reliable and well‑organised Administration Assistant / Office Administrator to join our small and friendly logistics team. The role is office‑based at our Cambridge office (CB4 area) and is a long‑term position, with full‑time or part‑time applicants considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Handling email enquiries and general correspondence
  • Providing customer service and customer support to medical teams, practitioners, and individual clients
  • Accurate data entry and administration of orders, invoices, and payments
  • Raising invoices, sales receipts, and credit notes
  • Processing payments and updating accounting records using QuickBooks
  • Assisting with courier bookings, shipping, and logistics coordination
  • Preparing, packing, and dispatching test kits
  • Providing general office administration and administrative support to wider team

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administration assistant, office administrator, or admin support role
  • Confident using telephone systems, email, and standard computer applications
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, friendly, and customer‑focused manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Ideally based locally within the CB4 area or able to commute within a reasonable time

Salary: £12.75 - £14.00 per hour (self‑employed)

Hours: Full‑time or part‑time considered - flexibility offered

Location: Office‑based, Cambridge (CB4)
