Quality Technician Full time, Permanent Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Early Finish Fridays £32,000 - £36,000 (OTE £37,000 per annum) Camberley

Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Camberley and due to internal promotions, they are seeking a Quality Inspector to join the team.

Key candidate background needed:
  • Experience with both visual and dimensional inspection (Verniers, callipers, height gauges etc.)
  • A good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Ability to measure accurately in both metric and imperial units with relevant measuring equipment would be advantageous.
  • Raising Non Conformance Reports
  • Flexibility due to work demands will be required.
  • Good dexterity and manual skills
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy is required as the training and quality standards are very in depth and specific.
Position accountabilities:
  • Dimensionally and visually inspect product to detailed technical drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out first offs, last offs, patrol inspection, incoming material and final inspection checks.
  • Quarantine, log and report all non-conforming product without delay.
  • Review and verify certificate of conformities.
  • Accurately complete manufacturing records, ensuring product traceability.
  • Participate in improvement projects.
