Customer Solutions Associate Salary: 28,911 (depending on experience) plus incentives up to 20% of your quarterly earnings and an annual bonus.

Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working.

Start date: We have start dates for June; Assessment Centres will be running in our office during June.

Join us as a Customer Solutions Associate in our contact centre, you'll help to navigate our customers' journey and bring people back to financial health. You'll be the real first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound and making outbound calls. You'll be the ear that listens to their financial struggles and the voice that guides them through it. It's hard work with a real focus on listening skills, ensuring we achieve the right outcome for our customers whilst working towards KPI's. It's not for everyone, but in this role, you can make a real impact on peoples' lives.
