Working Hours: 40+ per Week

Normal working days: Monday to Friday

PAY: £22-£25ph + Bonuses

Start Times: 4am - 2.30pm

We are looking to recruit skilled butchers to join our experienced team. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, in the abattoir and production facility.

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Work successfully as part of a team
  • Follow instructions and work safely with a wide range of equipment
  • Be self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work hard

Key Responsibilities:

  • Butchering carcasses to our high specification (Beef, Pork and Lamb)
  • Speed Boning
  • Meat dicing
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment across all butchery departments
