A global leader in the innovation, design, manufacture and distribution of kitchen and bathroom products is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its presence within the London interior design community. Highly respected within both the construction and retail markets, the brand is known for its cutting‑edge design, technical excellence and dependable service.
The Role
This is a proactive, relationship‑led business development role focused on long‑term collaboration with luxury residential interior designers and design studios. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing designer relationships and driving projects from concept through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities are to:
- Identify, approach and onboard interior designers and design studios across London
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships to drive repeat and specification‑led business
- Promote products for project specification, approval and tender stages
- Deliver product presentations and design consultations
- Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions
- Monitor market trends, competitors and evolving client needs
Skills & Experience:
- Established experience working B2B with the boutique interior design marketplace
- History of networking with high end independent studios specialising in single high end projects
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and relationship‑focused
