Job Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced BDM/Relationship Manager for our Banking and Financial Services in the Banking Sector. The ideal person will acquire new banking relationships, especially with international banks in the UK, and maximise existing relationships to help them reach their full potential and increase revenue for other services.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customer relationships, especially international banks in the UK, and maximise existing relationships to help them reach their full potential and increase revenue for other services.
- Work closely with the management team and back-office teams to acquire new customer relationships.
- Liaise with the client to ensure the business is reaching out to all departments and business functions within the client's organisation.
- Look at ways to become a sole recruitment supplier for the client or a strong recruitment partner.
- Provide the team of Recruitment Consultants to closely work for client requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has relationships within the banking industry and must have experience building client relationships from scratch and turning clients into large accounts.
This position is based in the Canary Wharf office.
