Are you a driven, relationship-focused professional with a passion for winning new business and building long-term partnerships? Our client is a growing and ambitious finance business specialising in asset finance, vehicle finance, and commercial lending. They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. This is a newly created role, offering a genuine opportunity to make it your own and play a key part in the next stage of growth.

The Role

  • Developing and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identifying and targeting key sectors to expand market presence
  • Promoting solutions across asset finance, vehicle finance, and commercial lending
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities and delivering against growth targets
  • Working closely with clients to understand funding requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Representing the business professionally in meetings, networking, and client visits

About You

  • Commercially driven and highly motivated
  • Confident building lasting client relationships
  • Strong in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage their own territory and pipeline
