We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administrative Support with Japanese language skills! Position: Business Administrative Support

Location: London

Contract Type: 6 months initially with scope for longer term duration

Rate: 195 Per Day PAYE

What You’ll Do:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments within our organisation.
  • Assisting with translation and communication in Japanese, enhancing collaboration with our Japanese‑speaking clients and partners.
  • Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Handling correspondence and ensuring timely communication within the team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems to support efficient office operations.
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within a financial or insurance institution.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
