The Role:
- Deliver engaging Motor Vehicle lessons across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 programmes.
- Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with awarding body requirements.
- Monitor attendance, retention, achievement, and learner progress.
- Support and facilitate practical workshop-based learning and technical development.
- Promote positive attitudes, behaviours, and professional industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with Curriculum Team Leaders, Course Leaders, and management staff.
- Support course organisation, quality assurance processes, and curriculum development.
We Are Looking For:
- Availability to start ASAP or September 2026.
- A recognised Motor Vehicle qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience within Motor Vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Recent teaching experience within an FE setting is desirable, but industry professionals looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
- Experience delivering Motor Vehicle programmes up to Level 3 is desirable.
- Willingness to work towards Level 2 English and Maths qualifications if not already held.
- Evidence of qualifications is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate learner records.
