Salary: 30,624 - 36,590 Per Annum (Permanent Position)

Start: ASAP or September 2026, Full Time (Part Time possible)

Key Benefit: 4,500 'Golden Hello' paid in three instalments.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging Motor Vehicle lessons across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 programmes.
  • Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Monitor attendance, retention, achievement, and learner progress.
  • Support and facilitate practical workshop-based learning and technical development.
  • Promote positive attitudes, behaviours, and professional industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Curriculum Team Leaders, Course Leaders, and management staff.
  • Support course organisation, quality assurance processes, and curriculum development.

We Are Looking For:

  • Availability to start ASAP or September 2026.
  • A recognised Motor Vehicle qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience within Motor Vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Recent teaching experience within an FE setting is desirable, but industry professionals looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience delivering Motor Vehicle programmes up to Level 3 is desirable.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 English and Maths qualifications if not already held.
  • Evidence of qualifications is required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate learner records.
