What you'll need to succeed: Strong experience in CNC machining, ideally including programming (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls). Proven background in an Application Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or CNC Programmer role. Solid understanding of tooling, cutting strategies, and machining processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. A relevant engineering qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
