An established and welcoming residential care setting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their friendly team on day shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the care team to deliver person-centred care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant (or similar) role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
  • Medication administration training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A caring, patient, and reliable nature
  • Flexibility to work day shifts, including some weekends
