An established and welcoming residential care setting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their friendly team on day shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to deliver person-centred care
- Administer medication in line with policies and procedures

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant (or similar) role
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
- Medication administration training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Flexibility to work day shifts, including some weekends
