Your New Role

  • Leading and coordinating all mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) elements on site
  • Working closely with design teams, consultants and subcontractors from pre‑construction through to completion
  • Driving programme, quality assurance and compliance across MEP packages
  • Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Acting as the key technical lead for all building services matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an MEP Manager (or Senior Building Services Engineer ready to step up) within a main contracting environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Experience delivering projects within the residential, commercial or mixed‑use sectors
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants and delivery teams
  • A proactive, solution‑led approach with excellent attention to detail
