Are you a reliable, multi skilled handyperson with varied building services maintenance skills looking for an immediate start in a long term temporary position? We have a new role for a maintenance technician to join a leading University, based in central London. This role is starting as a temporary position and will be paid weekly on an hourly rate of £23.30 per hour (PAYE / Umbrella). This is a static position based at the residencies for the University in London.

Within this maintenance technician role in London you will be responsible for:

  • Minor repairs within the student accommodation
  • Basic electrical maintenance
  • Plumbing
  • Fabric maintenance
  • PPMs

We are looking for a maintenance technician with good all round maintenance skills and most importantly a brilliant, friendly and enthusiastic attitude. It is essential that you can demonstrate your reliability from your career history to date.
