Are you an experienced Project Manager from a construction or engineering background looking to take full ownership of building projects within a growing and forward-thinking consultancy? On offer is the opportunity to lead end-to-end construction projects, managing everything from design and procurement through to delivery and handover, while working with multidisciplinary teams across a variety of exciting developments.

In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate contractors and stakeholders, manage risks, oversee contracts, and ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.

This position is ideal for an experienced Buildings or Construction Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, looking for a varied role with autonomy and career progression.

The Role:
  • Buildings Project Manager within a growing engineering consultancy
  • Full lifecycle project delivery from design through to completion
  • Managing budgets, contracts (NEC4 or similar), and project risks
  • Hybrid working with travel to sites across Scotland
The Person:
  • Proven experience managing building or infrastructure projects
  • Background in Construction, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and project delivery
  • Experience with contract management (NEC4 desirable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
