This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building and Party Wall Surveyor to join a growing specialist consultancy operating across some of West London's most prestigious residential properties, where you will have clear opportunities to progress to senior leadership.

Are you a licensed Party Wall Surveyor with experience producing Schedule of Condition reports and Party Wall Awards? This growing consultancy specialises in Building Surveys, Party Wall matters, Level 3 Building Pathology and Homebuyer Reports across the domestic and commercial sectors. Operating throughout affluent areas of West London and surrounding postcodes, the business has built a strong reputation for technical quality and client service.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out Schedule of Condition inspections, producing detailed technical reports, managing Party Wall Awards and liaising with contractors, clients and stakeholders throughout the process. The role offers a high level of autonomy with hybrid working, while still being part of a collaborative and ambitious team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering Party Wall services, strong technical report writing skills and a solid understanding of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. This role would suit someone ambitious, personable, and eager to progress within a growing consultancy.

The Role:

  • Carrying out Schedule of Condition inspections and reports
  • Producing Party Wall Awards and technical documentation
  • Liaising with contractors, clients and stakeholders
  • Hybrid role covering West London, SW and TW postcodes

The Person:

  • Experienced Building / Party Wall Surveyor
  • Strong understanding of Party Wall procedures and legislation
  • Experience producing Schedule of Condition reports
  • Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors or Fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors qualified
