We are seeking a dependable and diligent Goods In & Put Away Operative to join our dynamic warehouse team in Aylesbury. This role involves receiving deliveries, verifying stock accuracy, and ensuring that products are stored securely and efficiently within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and thoroughly inspect incoming deliveries
- Examine goods for damage or discrepancies
- Accurately record stock within the warehouse management system
- Store stock in designated locations promptly and safely
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
- Provide support for other warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or goods-in role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of IT and scanning systems advantageous
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
